Evidence Generation Lead

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze information to generate high-quality RWE input to target product profiles and value demonstration plans
• Lead RWE activities and adjacent projects, ensuring clarity on priorities and resources
• Train cross-functional partners on the role and application of RWE
• Supervise study teams in patient-reported outcome instrument development and model development
• Manage vendors and academic collaborators, including RFP preparation and delivery oversight
• Support the development of reimbursement and formulary dossiers and regulatory registration packages
• Identify and qualify external RWE data sources and literature
• Ensure compliance with codes, policies, and standards across team members and third parties

Requirements

• Master Degree in (Bio)Medical Science
• Thorough knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical industry and field medical liaisons
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical sales and marketing
• Strong competencies in stakeholder management, strategic mindset, and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MPH) in epidemiology, outcomes research, biostatistics, or health economics
• Proven leadership of multi-country RWE programs (registries, external control arms, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with patient-reported outcomes, economic modeling, and observational research methods
• Strong track record in HTA/payer engagement and reimbursement submissions
• Familiarity with real-world datasets (claims, EHR, registries) and analytic tools like R, SAS, or Python
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, metabolism, respiratory, immunology, or oncology therapy areas
