About the Company

Contilia offers an extensive care network including hospitals, medical centers, and senior living facilities in the Ruhr area. Through the 'Lindenblüten' initiative, we provide support and social engagement services for seniors living at home who do not yet require professional nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide low-threshold support in domestic environments
• Offer assistance such as reading aloud, light housework, or playing games
• Accompany seniors for shopping trips or cultural outings
• Perform small repairs or technical assistance like explaining smartphone usage
• Assist with outdoor tasks like lawn mowing or walking dogs

Requirements

• Must be retired or a pensioner
• Empathy and compassion for elderly people
• Strong social skills and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Joy in community engagement with seniors
