Evergreen Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up and control paper line filler equipment efficiently
• Perform required preventive maintenance tasks
• Address equipment problems aggressively to minimize downtime
• Make controlled adjustments to optimize running efficiency
• Maintain documentation associated with operations
• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient plant operations
• Prepare oncoming shifts for successful production runs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated mechanical skills
• Ability to learn complex systems and concepts
• Ability to work in awkward positions and reach difficult machine areas
• Willingness to work in confined areas wearing clean room attire
• Capability to wear a full-face respirator
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based applications
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk constantly for 8+ hours

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of food manufacturing experience
