Events Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical AV and event management support for internal and external stakeholder events
• Manage audio and video signal routing, mixing, recording, and live streaming
• Perform daily technical checks and troubleshooting for AV equipment and infrastructure
• Operate professional audio, video, lighting, and camera equipment during high-profile events
• Support video conferencing platforms including Zoom and MS Teams
• Prepare and upload presentation materials and deliver post-event recording edits
• Document operational workflows and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a live event technician
• Proficiency in operating professional audio, video, and lighting systems
• Strong understanding of AV signal routing, mixing, and control systems
• Experience with video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Webex, or MS Teams
• Proficiency in English for supporting regional and global stakeholders
• Experience with video editing software for light post-production

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Media Production, or Electrical Engineering
• Japanese language skills
• Experience with AV-related ticketing systems
