Responsibilities

  • Support event production by moving tables, chairs, and equipment for setup and breakdown
  • Create event diagrams and manage office inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, attendees, and participants
  • Set up signage and decorations for campus-wide events
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient task completion
