Events & Sponsorship Internship

Responsibilities

• Support the Events & Sponsorship team in organizing and executing brand-impact projects
• Draft and manage communication plans, including newsletters, invitations, and social media content
• Coordinate the distribution of tickets and invitations for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all communications and activations align with the Zurich brand image
• Assist in event production from the planning phase through to on-site execution and guest management
• Support the team in project tracking, coordination, and vendor relationship management

Requirements

• Interest or previous experience in events, travel, or project management
• Strong writing and communication skills
• High level of English (both oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Must be able to establish a university collaboration agreement for a minimum of 6 months
