Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and project coordination for the Events Manager
  • Enhance operational efficiency by improving documentation and managing project files
  • Track expenses and vendor payments while maintaining standardized templates
  • Lead event project coordination including timelines, registration, and communications
  • Coordinate multi-region event execution and onsite logistics
  • Manage vendor and volunteer coordination to support stakeholder experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing special events and event projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, Adobe, or Photoshop
  • Experience using project management systems and databases
  • Ability to manage details accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% annually
