Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and project coordination for the Events Manager
- Enhance operational efficiency by improving documentation and managing project files
- Track expenses and vendor payments while maintaining standardized templates
- Lead event project coordination including timelines, registration, and communications
- Coordinate multi-region event execution and onsite logistics
- Manage vendor and volunteer coordination to support stakeholder experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles
- 2+ years of experience managing special events and event projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, Adobe, or Photoshop
- Experience using project management systems and databases
- Ability to manage details accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% annually
