Events Production Crew

Responsibilities

• Provide audio visual support for internal and external events, including audio, video, lighting, and staging systems
• Assist with repairs and upgrades on audio visual systems
• Participate in the setup, operation, and teardown of event equipment
• Assist event customers with the preparation of presentation materials
• Support the Museum’s commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion

Requirements

• Three years of experience in audio-visual systems and live meeting support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and work at heights
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
