Events Producer

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding materials, and event services
• Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support during conferences to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain event inventory, quality-check promotional materials, and condense internal team queries
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organization for on-site operations

Requirements

• UK work permit required
• No specific previous work experience required; training is provided
• Relentless drive and high sense of urgency
• Strong ownership, proactivity, and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized with ability to structure and prioritize work
