Events Producer

Responsibilities

• Produce and lead event management and production from initial brief through final execution across retail pop-ups, conventions, and festival experiences
• Oversee multiple event projects simultaneously, managing timelines, RFPs, budgets, contracts, and post-event reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across marketing, brand, creative, retail, and PR teams
• Build and oversee event budgets, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost efficiencies
• Source and manage vendors, agencies, and fabricators to deliver creative production outcomes
• Serve as the on-site producer for assigned events, overseeing load-in, logistics, and troubleshooting
• Collect performance data to evaluate success against KPIs such as attendance and ROI

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in event production, live production, or experiential marketing within entertainment
• Proven success managing large-scale events, budgets, and logistics simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to travel and work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both brand and agency environments
• Knowledge of project-management tools like Asana or Trello
• Familiarity with permitting processes, CAD, and architectural plans
