Events Planner

Responsibilities

• Sell and coordinate event space by generating leads from schools, corporate deals, and summer camps
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to deliver memorable events
• Research potential leads via business directories, web searches, and digital resources
• Update the events calendar and communicate weekly schedules to Regional Operations and Facility Managers
• Conduct facility tours and provide accurate information to guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain professional records regarding guest service, complaints, or incidents
• Act as an ambassador of fun to encourage repeat visits and positive experiences
• Coordinate with Facility Managers regarding staff availability and event support
• Prepare event proposals and maintain organized guest records
• Develop creative event ideas and updated entertainment shows
• Manage all aspects of guest files both pre- and post-event
• Plan ahead for yearly occasional events and holidays including decorations

Requirements

• Ability to implement quality policy for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 compliance
• Commitment to continuous improvement in service quality and guest excellence
• Ability to handle minor technical issues related to arcade machines
• Knowledge of evacuation plans and safety/emergency procedures
• Ability to identify and control nonconforming outputs regarding health and safety
