About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with non-broker partners to generate high-intent leads
- Take end-to-end ownership of the internal event calendar, from networking receptions to large-scale conferences
- Source and manage venues, catering, AV, and production schedules
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors and exhibitors, managing commercial agreements
- Onboard and enable new referral partners to ensure they are trained to introduce clients to OneDome
- Monitor, track, and report on the volume and quality of business sourced from each partner and event
- Collaborate with design teams to create partner toolkits, case studies, and testimonials
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in B2B events, partnerships, or marketing
- Proven expertise in managing events ranging from intimate receptions to large-scale conferences
- Experience in sponsor sourcing and contract negotiation
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM systems to measure ROI
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines
- Willingness to travel outside London and work unsociable hours during event weeks
