Events, Partnerships & Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Bolna's events end-to-end, including speaker lineups, run of show, venue selection, budgeting, and day-of logistics.
• Build and manage the partnership motion with model providers, infra companies, fintechs, and accelerators to drive reach and customer acquisition.
• Grow the Voice AI community in India by creating meaningful online and offline engagement for builders, founders, and operators.
• Evaluate and manage sponsorships, treating them as strategic investments rather than simple line items.
• Track and measure the ROI of all events and community initiatives, focusing on pipeline generation, partnerships, and hires.
• Collaborate directly with founders and the sales team to align community efforts with business goals.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience running events, partnerships, or community programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and execute high-quality experiences.
• A data-driven approach to measuring event success and ROI.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or B2B environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage founders, partners, and developers.
• Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru, India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the developer ecosystem or technical B2B sectors.
• A genuine interest in Voice AI and emerging technologies.
