Events Organiser

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
• Source, compare, and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with venue staff
• Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check banners, signage, and brochures
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation

Requirements
