Events Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to orchestrate marketing events
• Manage multiple priorities, vendor management, and event coordination from beginning to end
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure alignment with event vision
• Adapt to unexpected circumstances and solve problems using professional judgment
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively manage upcoming assignments
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute creative ideas to the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in events or the hospitality industry
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Workfront
• Experience with event management software such as Exhibit Force or Rainfocus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality management, or a related field
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• CMP certification
• PMP certification
