Events Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events across London, New York, and San Francisco
• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial concept to post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, R&D, and Finance teams to align event goals
• Shape the company's event strategy and playbook in a high-growth startup environment
• Integrate AI tools to optimize event workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience running events within an agency or B2B SaaS company
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Strong attention to detail regarding guest experience and logistics
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve marketing workflows
