Events Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a world-class webinar and virtual events programme from scratch
• Manage end-to-end production including speaker sourcing, content development, and Zoom setup
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to integrate events into nurture sequences and ensure quality follow-up
• Manage sponsored virtual events and report on ROI
• Support the global events team with intimate client experiences like roundtable dinners and executive breakfasts
• Build lead capture and qualification workflows to turn virtual events into measurable pipeline
• Repurpose webinar content across LinkedIn, blogs, and email to extend reach

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running virtual events end-to-end
• Proven track record of building and scaling a webinar programme
• Deep understanding of how virtual events drive lead engagement and commercial outcomes
• Proficiency with Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
• Ability to manage event budgets and report on spend vs. results

Preferred Qualifications

• Network in market research, consumer insights, SaaS, or enterprise tech
• Experience with hybrid event formats and in-person execution
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and marketing automation platforms
• Strong instincts for brand and design
