Events Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing events for the German/DACH market
• Assist with market research, supplier sourcing, and event logistics such as venues, catering, materials, and transportation
• Help manage guest lists, on-site coordination, and issue resolution before and during events
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Communications to promote events and ensure alignment
• Support post-event analysis by collecting feedback and tracking improvement actions
• Contribute to additional field marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Fluent English and German proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in marketing or events; previous experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Dato, or Figma
• Experience supporting event coordination or marketing projects
