Events Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage the overall event strategy, including end-to-end execution of industry sponsorships and stand-alone events
• Develop event strategies focused on maximizing brand presence, engaging customers, and generating pipeline and revenue with a focus on ROI
• Lead pre-, onsite, and post-event initiatives including marketing promotion, recruitment, sales outreach, logistics, and lead tracking
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to determine goals and execute on deliverables
• Manage vendor, event agency, and partner relationships
• Lead messaging and content development for events, coordinating themes, speakers, and formats
• Oversee event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective execution
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent strategy and messaging across all event efforts

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering industry and marketing events, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of leading multiple events from end to end
• Strong verbal and written communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SFDC, event management platforms, and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Ability to travel for on-site event support
