Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Create the vision and strategy for Events and Experiences across the Australian and New Zealand business
• Design experiential concepts and tactics that deliver on brand objectives
• Project manage, lead, and execute large-scale events across the ANZ region
• Manage relationships with event agencies, third-party suppliers, vendors, and production contractors
• Inspire, enroll, and coach cross-functional teams on event execution
• Develop integrated marketing strategies in partnership with the Brand team
• Strategize with digital teams to connect in-store and digital experiences for an omni-channel guest journey
• Maintain accountability for budgets, KPIs, event analysis, and reconciliation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing
• Bachelor of Business in Event Management or a related field
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate within a complex matrix environment
• Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to remain calm and solve problems effectively under high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills
