Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of strategic events from concept through to execution and evaluation
• Plan and coordinate exhibition presence and key brand activations
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and vendors for seamless logistics
• Facilitate fast-turnaround or mobile projects and resolve complex logistical challenges
• Oversee on-site setups for customer demonstrations and activations
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project plans
• Innovate to elevate brand presence and participant engagement

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and exhibitions
• Experience managing complex projects from conception to completion
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, solution-focused approach to event logistics
• Readiness to travel frequently to support global activations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the defence industry
• Fluency in German or French
• Background in brand or creative development
• Familiarity with physical product demonstrations and technical supplier coordination
• Skills in CAD, interior design, or carpentry
• Project management certification
