About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and action plans to develop new accounts and strengthen existing relationships
  • Execute events within the hotel and develop market segment action plans
  • Oversee department activities including meetings, proposal submissions, and contract management
  • Handle event logistics including venue setup, catering, and equipment
  • Oversee event execution and teardown while providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in events within a luxury hotel
  • Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, train, and supervise a team
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
