About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and action plans to develop new accounts and strengthen existing relationships
- Execute events within the hotel and develop market segment action plans
- Oversee department activities including meetings, proposal submissions, and contract management
- Handle event logistics including venue setup, catering, and equipment
- Oversee event execution and teardown while providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in events within a luxury hotel
- Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, train, and supervise a team
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
