About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete F&B events and banqueting operations
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events from consultation to post-event evaluation
  • Manage event budgets, monitor costs, and identify revenue maximization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations
  • Train, supervise, and mentor the events and banqueting team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for resource delivery
  • Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in events management, banqueting, or hospitality operations
  • Expertise in planning and executing large-scale events
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
