Events Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
• Develop project plans with timelines, estimated spend, and desired outcomes
• Coordinate with third-party vendors including venues, catering, and booth agencies
• Support on-site event execution and problem-solving
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align events with business goals
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and support post-event reconciliation
• Negotiate vendor and venue contracts
• Manage registration, attendee communications, and guest services
• Measure event success and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 3–5 years of event planning, event marketing, or event management experience
• Experience supporting trade shows, customer events, conferences, and virtual programs
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Ability to travel 50–60% and work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or corporate environments
• Familiarity with event management platforms and registration tools
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications
