Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of events, including tradeshows and the OpenGov Conference (OGC)
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and assist with on-site event operations
- Help run field marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to keep messaging aligned
- Assist in creating materials for events and campaigns
- Track event performance data and help identify opportunities to improve
- Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- AI curious
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- An interest in events, marketing, and creating good experiences for customers
