Events & Field Marketing Lead

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups. We are building an AI-native ERP that automates manual data entry for accounting teams, from $5M-ARR businesses to NYSE-listed companies.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow our Slack community for CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance operators
• Keep the community active and high-quality through thoughtful prompts, conversations, and moderation
• Act as the main point of contact for community members to ensure the brand feels approachable
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events including roundtables, panels, webinars, and meetups
• Handle end-to-end event logistics: topic selection, speakers, promotion, and follow-up
• Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and sales teams to align community efforts with broader goals
• Build real relationships with finance leaders and share community insights with the internal team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community, events, or marketing
• Proven experience managing a Slack or similar community
• High agency and ability to work independently without hand-holding
• Strong organizational skills for juggling multiple moving pieces
• Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with senior finance professionals
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, undefined environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience working in or around fintech, accounting, or finance

Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 - $125,000
