About the Company

Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie.

Responsibilities

• Own Peec's events strategy and production in Berlin
• Conceptualize and produce bold, high-quality experiences end-to-end, from curated partner dinners to high-visibility brand activations
• Lead conference presence from concept to execution, including booth design, side events, and partnerships
• Manage venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-the-day delivery
• Build partnerships and relationships to enhance event quality
• Work closely with Growth and Marketing to ensure events drive brand depth and pipeline

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing events, brand activations, or experiential marketing
• Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup preferred
• Strong creative instinct and taste for designed experiences
• High ownership and operational excellence in managing vendors and budgets
• Natural relationship builder comfortable hosting founders and senior marketers
• Understanding of how events translate into business impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of turning conference presence into measurable pipeline
• Experience producing premium dinners, summits, or invite-only formats
• Strong brand and design sensitivity
• Established vendor and venue network in Berlin
• Existing network in Berlin's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem
