Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and manage suppliers for event needs, negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Coordinate with venue staff and provide on-site support during events
• Track internal queries, maintain event inventory, and quality-check design materials
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team for on-site operations
