About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events to support recruiting efforts and internship programs
  • Manage full-scale event logistics including strategy, creative design, content development, and vendor management
  • Handle venue selection, budget management, reconciliation, and RSVP tracking
  • Provide onsite event-day support
  • Build relationships with program managers to proactively plan and promote events
  • Establish event objectives and measures for success
  • Maintain a database of event details and costs
  • Share best practices with event organizers in overseas offices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience planning and executing events
  • Broad-based knowledge of the NYC events market
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and evenings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
