Events Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding, and event needs
• Plan and coordinate VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support and manage a 40-person volunteer team during events
• Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check design materials such as banners and signage
• Review and manage budgets, ensuring changes are raised ahead of time
