Events Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of U.S. brand and retail marketing events, including retail activations, store openings, and brand launches.
• Assist with production logistics, including coordinating external vendors, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment with budgets and brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Marketing and Retail Operations to support in-store activations and customer experiences.
• Manage day-to-day event operations, such as maintaining event calendars, tracking invoices, and coordinating guest lists.
• Assist with the preparation of run-of-show documents, briefing materials, contracts, and post-event recaps.
• Maintain event materials and inventory to ensure all assets and supplies are up to date.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion, PR, events, or communications (internship experience counts).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PR platforms such as Launchmetrics or Cision.
• A strong interest in fashion, women’s empowerment, and global communications.
