About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for private dining and event enquiries, managing client relationships and coordinating bookings
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of private dining experiences, group bookings, and bespoke events
- Support administration and commercial management, including contracts, invoicing, and forecasting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage logistics and maintain brand standards
- Champion the Celia private dining brand through expert product knowledge and client presentations
Requirements
- 3+ years in high-end luxury hospitality, private client management, or bespoke events
- Proven experience in relationship management or hospitality duty management
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Event Management preferred
- Experience liaising with diverse internal teams and external partners
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and administrative skills
