Events and Partnerships Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager for partnership activations, private events, and community programming
• Manage project timelines, workbacks, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate logistics with internal operations, production, marketing, and creative teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners and event stakeholders
• Serve as HERO's primary liaison to Rockefeller Center, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Develop and manage partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations
• Track project budgets, timelines, and key performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in event management, experiential production, partnerships, or project management
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders from concept through execution
• Strong knowledge of New York City's cultural, hospitality, or experiential landscape
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
