About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and host two monthly resident events to foster community connection
  • Provide care and support to residents and staff
  • Develop marketing materials including monthly calendars, flyers, and social media posts
  • Manage the event budget process and prepare monthly summaries
  • Engage a support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners
  • Visit new residents and those nearing lease end to build relationships
  • Enhance online reputation by encouraging resident reviews

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Basic fluency in English for marketing and reporting
  • Current driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks like using stairs
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to commit to the minimum term of service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous event planning experience
  • Experience working within a budget
  • Experience using social media
  • Existing network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners
