Events and Experiences Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, production, and execution of team onsites in NYC and secondary cities (Chicago, Denver, Austin, etc.)
• Manage all event logistics including travel coordination, venue sourcing, vendor management, and budgeting
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align programming with company culture and employee experience strategy
• Lead on-the-ground execution during onsite days in the New York City office
• Gather and analyze attendee feedback to continuously iterate and improve the onsite program
• Contribute to broader employee experience initiatives, including All Hands, virtual events, and merchandise production
• Develop and maintain efficient planning tools and processes to enable scalable operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing corporate or internal events with a track record of end-to-end ownership
• Experience managing complex, multi-city or multi-event programs independently
• Strong skills in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and creative problem-solving
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Based in the NYC area and able to work in a hybrid capacity
• Ability to travel 30-40% for site visits and event execution
