Events and Experiences Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of select tradeshows and micro-events, from strategy through on-site delivery and post-event wrap
• Manage show logistics including timelines, project plans, run-of-show, setup/tear-down, and real-time troubleshooting
• Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure creative excellence and consistent brand execution
• Partner cross-functionally with sales and product marketing to translate business objectives into compelling customer experiences
• Build scalable event tools and systems such as modular assets and reusable processes
• Define and track performance KPIs including leads, meeting outcomes, and funnel acceleration
• Design and execute executive-level engagements like CIO salons and leadership dinners
• Translate ABM strategies and persona-specific messaging into tailored event concepts

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in event or experiential marketing
• Proven ownership of tradeshows or large-scale customer experiences
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and production partners
• Background supporting B2B technology categories (e.g., digital signage, displays, AV)
• Ability to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Lincolnshire, IL
• Ability to travel 25-30% for event execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience designing high-touch B2B experiences for senior decision makers
