Event Workforce Ops Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end operational delivery of the event workforce project lifecycle, including systems, training, and engagement.
• Coordinate the design and daily operations of AO Collect and AO Team Hubs, managing bump in/out and onsite performance.
• Assist in creating event induction content, training processes, and operational manuals.
• Manage the event uniform project, including annual stock orders, accurate stocktakes, and managing the casual Uniform team.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure workforce requirements and operational information are communicated effectively across all platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management and administrative tasks.
• Proven experience in major event operations, workforce management, or project delivery.
• Experience creating formal processes, manuals, and guidelines.
• Proficiency with the Rosterfy platform for creating rosters.
• Experience in apparel or stock management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Flexibility regarding working hours to meet event requirements.
