Event Workforce Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full event workforce lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compliance for casual staff and volunteers.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes, including managing expressions of interest, shortlisting, and assessments.
• Maintain HR systems and workforce data integrity to support accurate reporting and risk identification.
• Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and internal teams, managing communications and shared inbox queries.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing workforce systems and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or workforce coordination within a high-volume or fast-paced environment (e.g., events, sport, or hospitality).
• Proven experience working with HR systems and managing workforce data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused approach to administration.
• A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain them).
