Event Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations related to event preparation and execution
• Coordinate job assignments and maintain a clean, organized facility
• Provide training on equipment, staging platforms, truss structures, and large tents
• Utilize warehouse inventory software for equipment preparation and inventory control
• Facilitate timely event set up, loading, unloading, and repairing event equipment
• Manage event assets and track inventory using computer-based systems
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and various hand tools for pre-builds and repairs
• Follow safety procedures to maintain an accident-free work environment
• Transport personnel, equipment, and products to various locations safely
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and partners

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or event coordination
• Forklift training certification and Stageline Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Planning, or a related field
