Event Trainee (Golf)

Responsibilities

• Travel to the BMW Championship from August 13-26 to assist with onsite event preparation, operations, and execution
• Collaborate with tournament staff and onsite vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
• Execute onsite registration for attendees at various brand activations
• Contribute to daily event set-up and breakdown procedures
• Assist the vehicle logistics team with needs including the tournament courtesy fleet
• Represent and communicate brand values to event attendees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (rising college seniors or recent graduates will be considered)
• 0-1+ years of professional work or internship experience
• Valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically (75%-100% travel anticipated for the duration of the event)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
