Event Technician (Video Focus)

Responsibilities

• Act as the direct point of contact for customers regarding all video and AV media technology inquiries
• Manage technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events with a focus on video technology
• Create offers and coordinate external service providers, including material, video, and logistics planning
• Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and continuously develop them
• Inspect, manage, and maintain video equipment and related technology to ensure operational readiness

Requirements

• Completed training as an event technician, event management specialist, or a degree in event management
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on video media technology
• Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and good English skills
• High flexibility regarding working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership
• Knowledge of Easyjob software
