About the role

Responsibilities

Technical planning, preparation, and execution of meetings, conferences, and events
Setup, dismantling, and operation of audio, video, lighting, and media technology
Operation of mixing consoles, presentation technology, video conferencing systems, and streaming equipment
Technical support for hybrid and digital event formats
Troubleshooting and error analysis during live events
Maintenance, care, and inventory of technical equipment
Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers

Requirements

Completed vocational training as an Event Technician or comparable technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in event and media technology
Good knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and network technology
Experience with hybrid event formats and streaming solutions
Technical understanding and solution-oriented way of working
High service orientation and communication skills
Flexibility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings
Fluent German and good English skills
