Event Technician

Responsibilities

• Technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events
• Setup, dismantling, and operation of modern event and media technology
• Preparation of offers, coordination of external service providers, and logistics planning
• Close collaboration with hotel teams and end customers on-site
• Ensuring agreed quality, safety, and service standards
• Commissioning and support of on-site conference rooms

Requirements

• Completed training as an Event Technician, Event Management Specialist with AV media technology knowledge, or comparable professional experience
• Customer-oriented and independent working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Very good German language skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license
