Event Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events
• Manage the setup and teardown of event technology equipment
• Create quotes, manage service providers, and handle logistics planning
• Collaborate closely with hotel staff and end clients to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintain and ensure high-quality technical standards for all productions

Requirements

• Training as an event technology specialist, event management professional (with AV media technology knowledge), or equivalent professional experience
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work independently
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in German
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility regarding working hours and high commitment to performance
