Event Steward

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control including ticket and bag checks
• Coordinate visitor flows and assist with finding seats, entrances, and exits
• Monitor spectator areas, including VIP sections
• Manage parking by checking permits and coordinating vehicles
• Ensure compliance with event rules and regulations
• Maintain a safe and pleasant atmosphere throughout the event

Requirements

• IHK instruction according to § 34a GewO
• Current certificate of good conduct (Führungszeugnis) without entries
• Sufficient German language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Basic English skills are an advantage
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
