About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
- Manage venue entry by collecting or scanning tickets and verifying wristbands or badges
- Direct foot traffic and provide helpful directions to guests to enhance their experience
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor at entrances, aisles, and concourses
- Ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated event areas
- Adhere to all venue policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background investigation and a post-offer drug/alcohol test
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed, including overnights
