Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site lead for in-person social impact team experiences and events
• Manage event logistics including setup, teardown, and site cleaning
• Coordinate with corporate partners, nonprofit partners, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution
• Lead the guest check-in process and provide a warm, professional welcome
• Problem-solve real-time issues such as technology challenges or missing supplies
• Provide consistent updates, photos, and videos to the remote Events Team during live events
• Pack, label, and ship event materials back to the distribution center following event completion

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Atlanta, GA
• Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in corporate event execution and group facilitation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, on a per-event basis
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, slide, or carry up to 30 lbs
• Strong resourcefulness and the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
