Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute micro-events including dinners, networking meetups, and conference booths
• Manage logistics, vendor contracts, giveaways, venue coordination, and on-site execution
• Support pre-event outreach and post-event lead nurturing with sales and marketing teams
• Run targeted cold email campaigns and manage follow-ups to qualify leads
• Coordinate with event organizers, media partners, and vendors
• Negotiate for booths, signage, and joint promotions
• Track budgets, invoices, and ROI from event spend
• Use CRM and event tech tools to track attendee behavior and report on campaign success

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, event marketing, or sales support
• Ability to work US time zone
• Strong organizational skills and project management ability
• Excellent communication skills and proactive follow-up capabilities
• Fast learner and self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or CRM tools
