Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial strategy and RFP development to onsite execution and post-show budget reconciliation.
• Oversee Tier 3 and Tier 4 North American trade shows, regional roadshows, advisory boards, and hospitality activations.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, production houses, and third-party agencies to ensure maximum ROI.
• Develop and track comprehensive project plans, event budgets, and critical timelines.
• Coordinate branded promotional materials, booth space, and show services.
• Present event strategies and performance analytics to leadership and C-level executives.
• Travel onsite (approximately 25%) to manage logistics and resolve complex challenges in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of proven corporate event management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract review.
• Proficiency with Cvent, Salesforce, and HubSpot for tracking ROI and lead management.
• Strong project management, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including some weekend work.
