Event Setup Tech

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly event tasks including setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and props
• Execute tasks in a timely fashion to meet client and event needs
• Perform daily venue and storage area checks and routine cleaning
• Maintain clean and organized inventory of equipment
• Collaborate with horticulture and grounds departments for weeding, mulching, and trash removal
• Notify supervisors immediately of any safety or event-related concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of general event or manual labor experience
• Ability to operate small and medium equipment and tools safely
• Ability to perform basic landscape, lawn, and general venue maintenance
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years of age
